As spring approaches many of us feel the urge to stretch ourselves and reconnect to the world.
It's the perfect time of year to do a little digging, a little weeding and a little cultivating. Not only in our garden but in your inner world.
In the often confusing and challenging midlife years, this kind of soul-tending is essential not only for our peace of mind and personal growth, but often for our actual sanity!
This retreat is a chance to connect with a like-minded community to check in with your own heart and soul and to discover the incredible wisdom reflected within each other's stories.
In the sanctuary of our sacred space, we'll embark on a soul-nourishing exploration, weaving together elements of creativity, introspection, and playful discovery.
Through the soothing embrace of guided meditation, the gentle guidance of SoulCollage®, the sacredness of ritual, and the freedom of creative play, we'll journey deep within ourselves to retrieve the fragments of our being that have long been buried.
You'll discover the power of release, letting go of what no longer serves you, and reclaiming the parts of yourself that have been waiting patiently to be acknowledged.
Together, we'll take advantage of the powerful energies of the full solar eclipse happening on the 8th and create a safe haven where you can freely express your emotions, dance with your shadows and honor the whispers of your soul.
By creating the space in your life to truly immerse yourself in reflection and creative process, you will discover that you:
Gain greater clarity about what is calling you forward
Deepen your ways of Knowing
Release what no longer serves you
Practice creating sacred time and space in your day-to-day life
Revel in the connections with your circle sisters, feeling deeply seen and witnessed
Get your creative juices flowing
Emerge refreshed in body, mind, and spirit

If the thought of creative process has your worried because you're "not an artist", fear not. If you can scribble with a marker or smear around some paint, tear paper, and use a glue stick, you're good to go.
I've found that creative process and ritual are two modalities that provide simple, effective yet gentle ways to heal, shift and grow. And both are easily accessible to anyone with the willingness to let go and explore, and that's why I use them!
And let me be clear: everyone is creative! You don't need any special skills or talent, any previous experience, or to even think of yourself as "creative" to participate, benefit from and enjoy this day-long retreat!
As for age, regardless of where you stand on your path—whether you're just beginning to sense the shifting tides of change or are embracing the wisdom of elderhood—know that you are welcomed with open arms. Doubts may linger, but trust that if this invitation stirs a sense of curiosity or longing within you, you belong here.
I realize it's often challenging to take time and space for yourself for a whole day, stepping away from obligations and family and other commitments to prioritize your own healing work.
I realize that it can take courage to make yourself a priority, to face your fears, and take a deep dive into what can sometimes feel like "too much".
I realize that it takes a willingness to be vulnerable in order to engage in the kind of introspective soul-searching required to create a truly meaningful life.
But the renewal that comes from time away and the grace that arises within a circle of compassionate witnesses is beyond measure.
By the end of this retreat, you'll feel profoundly connected to your truest self, ready to navigate life's seasons with newfound clarity and confidence. You'll not only gain insights, but also discover personal guides and allies within – powerful resources you can call upon whenever you need them.
Please gift yourself... you will be amazed and opened and aligned with your true self should you surrender to the moments of inspired instructions.
My experience so surpassed my expectations...I was awed and led into a place of intuitive creation and expression and inner teachings. I am awed by the images that came forth and will revel in the messages for sometime.

The workshop is a beautifully woo-woo experience for reflection and intention-setting using craft work for the uncrafty.
You have a such a magical gift for not only taking us to deeper places but anticipating our needs as well. I always enjoy your guided meditations. They really bring me into me body and my third eye.

It was such a unique experience that brought me the ability/permission to reframe the bad parts of last year.
Last year was all mountain tops and valleys for me, and the thought of releasing some of that was what pulled me in. This was all new to me in a group setting and I really liked that. The fast pace of the collage work actually helped me stay out of my head.
